Left message saying he was John Victor from Bender and Bender law firm concerning a private investigation regarding a cashier's check and the car that I had won.  I know nothing of any of this.  These guys really try hard on their scams.  Apparently area code 404 is notorious for scams.  This must be another.  Beware!
