keep on calling me & said i took out a loan in 2008 never did

Called me and threathened me..  told me I took out a loan.  I never did and then they threathened to call me at my job.  I told them that I reported them and he hung up the phone.  James Cox....

FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!! do not even respond!

got a call saying i owe 2884 dollars. told them i know this is a scam. he got very aggressive and irate.  these are scammers. do not pay them any money.

This guy keeps calling telling me that i have an outstanding loan for 2200.00. He has called my family members.and now hes calling me at work. His name is James Cox 4049732113. I have not taken any loan out from his comapny or know about anything he is talking about. This guy is a scam he he will not give up. And when you dont give in to him he gets irate with you. I just stop taking his calls. something should be done about this. I'm contacting the attorney Generals office and report this.

I get phone calls all the time now. 518-328-8176 a Middle Estern guy. claims to be attorney James Cox. He's very rude. said if my daurghter    dont return his call he going to sue her and than said good luck. They call everyday all day starting at 7am The call so much I don't wnt to answer my house phone anymore.... They also called saying they have a approved car loan and want to know what make and model and year car she want them to deliver. also these people call saying they are a online school offer. My daurghter tried to get a bank loan with out me knowing and she gave them all her info. she never received the money. this james cox said if she don't pay right now he going to sue her. For what? She never got anything! now they are making charges against her bank account. she getting lots of charges. one of the charges is from    mongocard for 99.95....... no telling what these people are going to do now.... she gave them all her personel info...ss#, address, bank account info, age, phone number....really stupid!!! I tell her all the time don't put your info on the internet ! now look what happen. ID scame.    I know my spelling is bad and I have bad gramer. but I hope this info will help someone else.
