I had a call this afternoon from these people. They wanted to inform me that I was about to be turned over to an agency because of a judgement. I hung up and called the number. I informed them of the message and told them I wanted to check the name of the business. They called it Greenburgh and Associates. They asked who I was. Did I have a case number? I informed them that there were no judgements and that I would find a way to report them.

I revived a call from mr Davis and and someone by the name of agent council they called my mother and left a nasty message saying that i need to contact them asap or they where going to sue me the debit is for an old account and yes I do  owe but should I still pay them because they went about it the wrong way and he also said that when I finish paying that they will send me a paid in full letter

Got the same call this morning. They contacted my ex and said his SSN was used with my son's name. They told me it "popped up" when info was put into computer. "They have access to anybody's information like the police do. The name they gave was "Greenburg, Stein and Associates." Would not send a copy of supposed debt. "That company is not involved anymore" Threatened to suspend the driver license, put a lien on the car and tried to bullied me. Would not give them my debit card # and they got nasty. Phone # was 404-963-9752. Said they have a local office to where we live but how could they if they are in Georgia and I'm not. Will be calling the police since they are apparently this area.

An man by the name of Eric Davis with Greenburg, Dunn and Associates.  Said he had a possible legal matter to discuss and he had my SSN and drivers' license number.  He couldn't even say my name correctly.  The number is 404-963-9752.  If they can't get the name of their company right....
