This is a scammer trying to rent a house that is for sale through a legitimate agency.  I have only received texts from the number and the person claims to be "Williams Lloyd" and has terrible grammar. He asked for an email to send information about the "house for rent". By the time he emailed the information I realized it was a scam as he was evasive about information, claimed to be out of state, and sent a rental "application" with lots of money questions. The ad for the house was reposted on a rental page. He also claims to be a missionary.
