Piranhas!!  I've been getting these calls since I purchased my new prepaid phone a couple of months ago.  This particular number belongs to Express Marks Sweepstakes.  When you call they provide you with an opportunity to "cancel" your "subscription" to the sweepstakes service.  Hmmm, never signed up from what I remember. Anyway, the cancellation from the service will take up to 7 days.  We'll see.

Must be a scam, left no msg. Following that, however, received calls from Unknown caller and then Portfolio Recovery.

This call came to a cell phone.  When the number was redialed, it did not connect.  Annoying, and needs to stop.
