A Craig Cash just called looking for my daughter stating she had a payday loan from 2007 it was going to court if she did not call. And he stated that a felony warrant would be issued. This is a collection agency utilizing scare tactics.

I got a call from this number on my cell--which I have to pay minutes on, so I was a bit mad, besides being confused. All I got was a recording saying that it was a law firm looking into a case pending against me--but when I called them back, someone answered, told me to hold, and then asked to call me back in two minutes.
What in the world is this thing? I'm confused--when I did a search on the number, it said that it was a paypal thingie, but I don't even HAVE paypal.
Could someone please shed some light here?

I have rec'd numerous calls from this company. I have asked them to write me at home. She said she did not have too. I have contact Lisa madigans office to complain. I have recorded there calls.

Yeah, they have been calling me too. Said there is a check fraud case against me but it is a scam. They cant produce any evidence but still want me to pay them. How stupid is that?
All it is, they got my personal info from filling out a payday loan from a non legit site. They try to scare you in to paying them by sounding official and having your personal information.
If you look up the defenition of EXTORTION it is the same thing they are doing and it is punishable by law. Don't pay them a dime of your money. Call them on their bluff.
These people are professional scammers. May even be part of an organized crime group.
Tell the scammer that you know they took out a loan to buy a car a while back and you know one of their payments was dishonored due to insufficiant funds so they need to pay you. Tell them you have sent them several notices regarding this matter but they have not made any effort to resolve it but if they send you a Western Union check for the amount they will drop charges. Tell them you don't have proof of this dishonored check but you should pay them anyway. And why not? Isn't that the same thing they are doing?
Anyway folks, have fun with them. Take out your aggresions on them. Its fun!
