they do heavy breathing... called twice. It's like someone is breathing thru something so their voice can't be detected.

The caller ID said "Unknown Name." The automated message said "If this is not 'gave name,' please hang up. There is no one by the name that was given at this number but the call was for a debt collection.

Missed the call....Called them back and they told me its a debt collection agency...they were looking for a Jean Manual... Not me.
