Got a call from a woman saying she was from the investigations branch. Told me my case would be handed over to prosecution if I did not call her back. At the end of the message she wished me well.

Tell her to put her claims in writing (Notice of Validation) and mail them to you. NOT by e-mail, fax. or phone call. As per the FDCPA. When she refuses...Voila! She's a fraud!

I received a call today, telling me i was under investigations and I have been running from a collection company (that never called) they said the last 4 of my social and last for of my check number. But I dont recall the incident in which they are speaking. Whats going on?
