404-902-6163 = this caller states he is calling from a 'firm' and that he has an affidavit and that I must provide credit card info to clear up a bad check to Winn Dixie. I have not been inside a Winn Dixie since I was a child.. I have not written a check to them, and I certainly have not written a bad check...

I got a call from this number stating he was from a Brewton Law firm out of Atlanta, Georgia. He started his name as Oliver Carr and he is an investigator for Stephanie Bynes, who works for the law firm.  He indicated that I had wrote 2 bad checks back in 2007 to a place that is no longer in business. They wanted me to pay over $300 on checks that supposedly only totaled $75.  I told them to send me everything in writing and then i would proceed from there, I haven't heard from them since.
