My insight: You guys are dealing with this the wrong way!
If you have a warped mind like I do, you have to turn the tables. They called me twice today, and I didn't answer. Then I found these posts and had to call them back. I needed a break from staring at my monitor (and a little entertainment). I called them nine times in thirty minutes and spoke to at least five different people. I called so much that the girl that answered the phone said, "Why do I keep getting his calls?" HAHA!
Of course, they're not going to mail you anything. Mr. Ross asked if I wanted to speak with his manager about a letter being mailed to me, and I said, "Sure, if he's not afraid of mail fraud." They offered a "certified" email and that it's the same thing as sending it regular mail. Then I asked what a "certified" email was with no answer. They told me I was beyond the mailing stage. I asked when the letter was supposedly sent out, and they said "recently" and changed the subject. Between constantly asking them for mailed letters, telling them the company's phone is disconnected (which it is), and letting them know that I will not be paying them for a balance of $3500.00 simply because they asked for it and have my address they actually told me to stop calling their office. HAHA!
These scammers had the nerve to tell me that we were on a recorded line, and they were going to report me for harassment! Really! I told them they called to scam the wrong person. Then I called back twice and told them I'll just check back tomorrow. ;-)
