Called listed as "unknown name", left no message. When I returned the call, I got a recording saying "the survey you called about how now finished".

This # keeps calling my cell phone. No idea what they want or who they are trying to reach. Other sites have indicated this is for scams - everything from surveys to cruises to lowering credit card interest rates.
