I am so tired of all these threats from the following numbers:

1)844-216-2740 x 105 Samantha Whiteson "senior case mgr" who is filing in my county due to I will not concur with their allegations and now she is going to garnish my wages, put a lien on me, have my accounts frozen, and have judgement against me...hmmm don't you think I would have had something mailed to me prior..and all of this for $1314.46 and I have no idea what its for
2) 844-753-4153 from a Heather at the State of Florida legal dept. she has my last four of my ss and is filing somthing? and "I'm legally notified" of what?
3) 844-709-9833 He has dispatched an officer to my job and for my supervisor to be there???again for what
4) 844-216-5647 failure to pay, I'm legally notified ...again for what?
5) 404-900-5164 Investigator Smith charging me now with a felony for not paying...again for what???

Now don't you think if you don't answer or reply to them it would just stop...come on. I am ready to change my cell number due to they are so annoying

Total scam operation.  This number comes from a group of white collar criminals who call around the country and tell people they are going to be prosecuted from some crime or another, or that they have already filed civil case or that a process server is going to come out and serve them.

They spoof phone numbers right and left and claim to be law enforcement officers as well.

Ignore them and block their calls.

Also contact your local attorney general.

If they continue to bother you, tell them that you know this is  a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion.  Tell them harshly and loudly.  Tell 'em you are not letting them push you around.   Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the  file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved.   Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them at whatever address the [***] are working out of now.  Of course they won't tell you where they are located.

Should shut them up for a little while.

Tell this Samantha that
1.  She's not going garnish any wages, put a lien on anyone, freeze anyone's accounts or get any judgments against you
2.  A phone call or e-mail is not legal notification of anything.  
3.  Nobody is dispatching  an officer to your  job.  
4.  Also debt collectors have no power of arrest and can  not charge anyone with anything.  

Yell at her, talk over her and let her know you won't be pushed around!

i got a call from a Tasha Smith, didnt give the name of the company, stating there were some returned items from my bank and time was of the essence to contact her. stating my reference # was "test58." Scam.
