894 is used by Georgia Tech.  I'm guessing it's related to the Alumni Association, Athletic Association, or someone similar. The call was around 7 PM, so it was probably someone asking for money.

I received a call from this number tonight. Although no message was left, I, too, presume it is the Alumni Association.

This number belongs to the Georgia Tech Alumni Association... yes they are asking for donations. They tend to call me about once a week.
