ADT - called at 6:45 AM

hang up

Called even though I am on Do Not Call List.  Person said that she had a right to call even though I'm on the list.  She said it was my responsibility to screen the call.  She then hung up.

called many times over and over and i have caller id, they told me to call back a number with a extention, but was not the same number that called me or even close
