Called and harassed my grandparents in regards to their prescription medication. They did not seem to understand that there was no authorization being given and they were told to not call back.

Invest in a call blocker and do not pick up on call numbers you do not recognize.

They understand well enough, but they are criminal scammers probably located in either India or Pakistan and will ignore all US laws. Invest in a call blocker.
