Recruitment services provider. Telemarketer spam. I can only imagine that they are calling from overseas and routing their calls through Atlanta based on how bad their phones are.

Lady called asking for a hiring manager or someone who can make decisions in regards to our applicant tracking system. Sounded like she was trying to sell a product.
