Yes, it's Focus Point Global, a market research company --- does paid focus groups and online market research that recruits for properly matched candidates to do their discussions, usually on-site in their various offices around the country.  I've participated in their groups before in their SF Bay Area.  They actually pay, right upon the gig.  They're completely legit.
