No sound and gets disconnected automatically

Has called 2x so far - 7:45 AM (PST) and 8:31 AM (PST). I didn't answer and no VM was left.
Have also gotten 7 phone calls between 7 AM and 8:24 AM (PST) from 2 other 404 numbers and an 877 number that have been reported as insurance scams. Besides health, I have made no insurance inquiries in over 6 months.

I have got over 20 phone calls from this number. No one reply. No message can be sent to this number. It reveals this number is invalid.
