I have received four calls from 404-733-2078 and each time I get the same message "your call cannot be completed as dialed, please hangup and call again later" There is no name listed on the caller ID.

bill collectors fwd their # to a local number in hopes that you will pick up b/c they know you don't pick up 800 numbers
