When I answered a female recorded voice told me the call was to reduce my credit card interest rate, saying it was the 2nd and last call. Yeh, right!. I hung up. Robo calling scammer.

I was driving and couldn't answer the call. They called twice. Didn't recognize the area code or phone number, so don't know who it was.
