Called my cell phone, came up as "Atlanta, GA", when I answered, no one on the other end responded and it hang up after 10 seconds.

These are criminals calling so everything about it is illegal, but they don't care because they are criminals. You don't "win" anything. They will eventually ask you to pay for something, docking fees, port fees, taxes, whatever they can make up. there is no trip, but they will then have your credit card info.

Received a call on cell from Josh asking if I could hear him and I replied "yes - what do you want" then he said you won a get away trip. I immediately hung up the phone and blocked the number I was waiting on a call from the Doctor's office and happened to see that it showed the phone number from Atlanta, Ga

CIC showed "unavailable". I blocked the number before a message could be left. I never answer a call I don't recognize.
