Was sued by this law form.  I think they sue bad debt.  Among other things.

They were a Law Firm.  They sent me paperwork regarding a pending lawsuit.  I was facing potential jail time for the bad check that I wrote when I was 18 for a stupid payday loan.  The guy who helped me, Tom Ricker was very nice and helped me pay less than half of what I owed.

I just received a summons and complaint from this law firm.  They offered me an out of court settlement, but I thought it was a scam.. After I went to court and was hit with 1000 fine and a drivers license suspension order, I really wish that I would have paid the settlement.   I had no idea that bouncing a check was a crime.

Sheeees...This whole thread is eaten up by nothing but Shills......
