THey claim I owe money. If I don't pay the money they are going to take me to court. I will pay court fees and lose my driver's license. Please help me.

They will not and cannot do any of that to you. If they do take you to court, make sure to show up and fight for your rights. These people will do anything to scare you into paying them money. Whatever you do, do not give them any information. Tell them that you look forward to seeing them in court, and hang up.

They have no such authority to suspend your license, only traffic courts can do that.
Next time you get a call, tell them you'll see them in court.
Go to ftc.gov and read the FDCPA and learn your rights.
