This is a Robo Call and the guys name is Bill.

Called 2 times, 30 minutes apart.

I got a phone call from this number today May-23rd-2017.
They told me at the begining that the phone call was being recorded.
They were looking for William. I told them I was not him. They asked me if I knew him, I said no.
They said thanks and hung up.

This number has called multiple times and when I asked what it was regarding all they would say is a business matter. Also said phone call was being recorded when I first answered.
