From a debt collector, Stellar Recovery

It was random and they didn't even have me in their system.  They're trolls

automated call, automated message claiming to be debt collector asking for call back

I keep receiving phone calls from this number, before and after times that are usual to receive telemarketing calls, like before 8am, and after 9pm!  I've gotten irate with the person calling, but he continues to call.
