I also got a call from this number and when I call back, get a busy signal

I got a call from them this morning at 9:47am unsure of who or what they want

Atlanta, GA. Josh says he is calling from customer service (but does not say what company) & I have been pre-selected for a free vacation. I ended the call at that point.

I received a call from this number this morning on my cell phone.  Starts off sounding like a real person as when you answer he says,"Hello. Can you hear me? Good" but when you try to interrupt the message just keeps playing.  I hung up.
