Called my cell phone, but they didn't leave a message.  I closed all of my credit card accounts about a year ago, so it's definitely a scam since most of the comments say it's about lowering interest rates.

Call rec'd on house phone 7 minutes after a call came in showing My Name & My Number on the caller ID. Did not answer either call and no messages left on recorder. Wondering if the second call was from the same person as the spoofed call.

He wanted me to "verify" my account number which is never going to happen but when I told him which bank my card was from he gave me the first two digits. So either kinda scary or may be legit???
