I called this number back. A person immediately asked for me by name. I did not confirm or deny who I was, but I did state that this number had called me and I was sure it was a wrong number. I asked who the caller was and where she was calling from, but got no answer. "Julie", who was obviously on a speaker phone, went into a line about how she had information that I had requested an insurance quote, but she needed more information like my address, etc. Needless to say, I called her bluff and she hung up quickly.
