Instructed me to call them back, but didn't leave their company name...

I would like to know my self who this person was they called and left a message like we are friends.  first and foremost you suppose to announce who you are. Do you think just cause you leave your first name that I am going to call you back especially when I don't know you.  I don't think so.

called back  # and was a vm for some guy named keith forjack or something, saying he was a manager for some place along the lines of ncais or something like that..... didnt lvm....

Its a number for a guy called Keifer Jack he is a debt collector for NCS. It is a legitimate debt collector.

I just got the same message, but was asking for my husband. I asked what was it in reference too and he said it was a personal issue, I tolf him well you called my number; im his wife so what would you need from him. He advised me for my hubby to called and I was like yea ok. No mention of the company he was calling or nothing. What kind of Debt Collector is this?
