Calls my cell but leaves no message.

Called trying to sell magazines at $3.83 a week for 5 or 6 mags.  Told them I did not give credit card info over the phone and they immediately hung up.  SCAM?

Been receiving this call on my cell phone. Does not leave message. If it is a bill collector...don't know of any overdue bill. If they are trying to sell something..I am not buying.
