received calls,, no message left

I received a call today from this number, I was working and I couldn´t answer with that person, but I have been received many emails about a free $ 1000 gift card, the emails say that it´s from walmart and that in order to win the gift I need to buy some products. I don´t want to receive more calls or emails. Please do something about it.

Received a call.  Didn't answer - didn't leave a message.
