This is a SCAM!!! Confirmed 12-13-2013. This person Robert Houle says he is recruiting for Nippon, and that Nippon is opening an office in X city.
This is NOT affiliated with Nippon.
This is a fraud recruiting scam. They also send emails and text messages. They ask you to get a Yahoo id and "interview"with them online.

This is not true I just got off the phone with Nippon in NY. There is no one by that name that works for Nippon.
