kept on calling - did not leave msg - guess it is a scammer - don't answer

Got a call, did not answer

Called from +1 (404) 475-1030 and hung up after 1/2 a ring and then called from +40 44751030. Declined the call. No msg.

A grown woman called on another "recorded line" saying she was with the department of education looking for Lacy.
I told her I don't talk to recorded lines, and I do not know Lacy. She became very rude. She then called from another phone and I told her never to call again on my phone as I do not know Lacy and am going to block her phone.
