I am researching this number because someone convicted of three violent felonies who was recently paroled, called me this evening.  I am scared.  That person is NOT supposed to attempt to contact me EVER.  For him to contact me is a violation of the terms of his parole, as I understand it.  I knew 404 was likely an Atlanta number.
