Scam phone call from  someone called "The Warrington".  These are the same scam calls as previous; only this time they gave themselves a title.

got a call, woman, said she was from US 1 Financial? Wanting to verify my social sec number? I don't think so. Then she said something about the court was going to serve me? Garnisheement is at least 30 % of my salary? You have got to be kidding!!! I told her I did not know the person who she was trying to reach and she was a scam!!1 Got really loud and threatenend to call my Human Resources Department.
I have filed complian with FCC and state attorney general.

Same here. Has called plenty of times, I have always asked for proof of debt via u.s. postal mail. Never got anything and yesterday when she called (Vicky Lee?)got upset and asked if i was gonna pay my debt. I told her not until she could prove beyond any doubt I owe this, it was only then that she decided to spout a jab about the call being an attempt to collect a debt and so on and so forth. Most debt collectors start by letting you know you are on a recorded line and that it is an attempt to collect. They don't just say it after they get mad.

As mentioned on ABC news a few nights ago. If you get a call from a debt collector - watch for the red flags of them being crooks. They yell & scream, they threaten you with arrest, they won't send you proof of debt. The list goes on.
