It's a scam people.
Caller ID must give adequate information. The company name must be displayed. As well, caller must identify themselves. If the call is automated, it is illegal and most likely a scam.
Telemarketing scams are on the rise. Never give out personal information over the phone. Not full name, not address and definetly not personal infromation like credit card/banking and social security information.
When in doubt, if THEY call you, then rest assured it is a scam. If you need any type of service YOU call them and whatever number that shows up on your caller ID would be a returned recognized caller.
Be smart folks. Criminals are desperate and relentless and everywhere! Be safe!
