This number called and there was no one on the line.  They called back and when I didn't answer, left a blank voicemail.  Clearly a scam.

They just left an automated voice mail using my name and saying they are seeking a "letter of intent" from me.... Maybe they want me to commit to the University of Scam Dbags.
