Got an email about an online loan that i don't have and have never had suspect this is a scam to get information.  They say legal actiuon is going to be taken by ACS and the loan is throu america cash advance

I've received emails from this company before and it is a scam to collect your personal info. Contacted the police dept in that area code, as well as mine, and was told not open any links in the emails.

Got the same email as these others.. I even tried to call them 4 times and no answer... Even tried to contact them via email incase it was a name mix up.. Havent heard from them either way...

Keep getting emails about a cash advance loan that if I dnt pay it I will be prosecuted.

I just received this same email regarding a BS loan. Please spare me, they don't even have a grasp of the English language. Don't even bother  calling them. They can't shake us up via phone so now they are using emails. I quote, " when you are found guilty into the court house you will have to pay all of the costs." Please, what the heck is guilty into the court house mean??? My cousin is a Superior Court Judge she would get a chuckle out of this. How about if you half wits got a real job and left hard working American citizens alone, we have enough problems to worry about without this crap!! They don't even address the email to you, it a mass mailing. Wake up sheeple, don't fall for this and loose your $$!
