Took forever to connect to the caller once the call was picked up. The lady was polite enough, but after assuring me that this was not a sales call, she then proceeded to try to SELL me some kind of pain-relieving cream that apparently is only for people under 65, implying that her company was partnering with my insurance. I have not received any pain meds of any kind from my insurance (the most I have taken in the past 10 years is ibuprofin) so this is definitely a cold call and has nothing to do with whether or not I might *need* what she is selling. I am on the Do Not Call Registry and will be filing a complaint.
