I am calling from Publishers Clearing House and you have won $4.5 million plus extra cash and a car. You did not respond to our 2 envelopes to notify of your winnings so we had to call. Will you be home today? We are about 45 min away and want to present the prize. His "name" is David Anderson, has a foreign accent and really wanted to know when I would be home. Wanted to ask questions but I got his phone number to call back. The caller ID actually is blank. I reported to PCH immediately.
