Getting repeated calls from this number on my land line and cell phone

I have gotten several calls also from 404-410-7706.  I blocked them on the house phone and called them back from my work phone.  The recorded message says the name of the company is Nationwide Credit Services.  They are just another annoying sales company calling.

I got a call at work from 404-410-7706 asking for me and was asked to confirm my identity by telling this foreigner my SS# and birthdate!  He couldn't even tell me what company he was calling from or his name.  Really embarrassing to be harrassed at work for something that is a scam!  I did not give out any personal information and told him that if he ever called me at work again that I would report him.

Tape all the phone calls  make sure this is real a lot scams going on they buy peoples information. No your rights make sure you get real letters. Be carefully do your home work on them

"Tape all the phone calls "  To what extent.  Several states are 2 party states and you have to inform them that you are recording.  Failure to do that means that at the very least the recordings are inadmissible in court and at the very worst you get charged with breaking the wiretapping law.
