They are really not a survey, they say that and have a bogus question so they can get around the do not call list.     Vacation/Resort sales/scam.    They are now using multiple phone numbers to get around you blocking them.    They call everyday.

I don't usually answer calls from numbers I don't recognize, but I was expecting another call. "... you have been preselected for a trip to ... " and I hung up.
