What a joke.  Blocked the number and they called from another!!    Same... Received the same message.. when I called back they stated that I needed to be an adult and pay my debt.  I do not have a debt to them nor can they provide me with any paperwork.   They keep calling and giving me the same run around.. when directed that I filed a complaint against with Sheriff department said good luck and hung up on me.

I got a call from this number stating that I took out a loan in March 2013 from 375 and that I owe them 1209 from the interest when I called back to ask questions I was told my name wasn't in the system or my number. So I called from another number and once I gave my number she hung up again this is a scam‼️

Its a scam lazy people trying take money get a job told me I had a loan that I didn't pay back never heard of this direat lending

I received the exact same"experience" from these people...they do have quite a bit of personal information which is really alarming however they are able to tell me that I attempted to get a payday loan and committed fraud on the financial institution who gave me this supposed loan.  They claim the state will be contacting me to serve me because they will formally press charges TODAY if I do not make a payment to their legal dept.  I wonder if we all owe the same amount to!  The fact that these people have our info and are allowed to violate like this is the worst crime.. I had an anxiety attack when i received this call. There has to be a way to stop these people from harassing innocent people.  How can we stop them?

Same thing as everyone else.  Elizabeth Waymeyer from "the fraud department".  Umm...the fraud department of what company?  Said in the voice mail that either I needed to call back or have my attorney call.  She called one of our no-longer-active 800#s.  Dipwad.  I hope Miss Elizabeth has a good time in hell answering for all the folks who fell for her scam.
