GA Research - did not leave a message

404-400-3651 Caller ID showed Atlanta, Ga. No name of any company. Called twice today and I refused to answer it as I did not recognize the number. It is were a legitimate business the company name would be on the caller ID. I am so tired of these senseless calls coming in at all hours. They have called previously on several occasions and I refuse to answer.  Oh, how to make them stop.
