Said financial fraud investigator Chris Black was calling and must call back immediately. Big scam!!! Called the day before from another number 404-382-8702.

Left message said they were investigating a fraud check I wrote..I don't even own checks only debit card!said they were taking legal action..

Called and told me they we're going to press felony charges against me for a payday loan from 2 years ago.

This number called my Mother In Law's house phone (I don't even use or have that number) and left a message asking to speak to my father in law about a "financial investigation" they were doing on me (Using my maiden name, which I have not used now for three years). My initials are LC. When I called back and gave the case number THEY left on the voice message, they said "ok, is this Steve Noake?" I said no, "um, ok, let me look here....is this Sandra Hayes?" No. When I told them I was reporting them for scamming people, they said "please just disregard the message we left, it was an automated error." Automated messager put together my maiden name with my father in law's name? I don't think so.
