Department of finacial audits and investigations

These people ar relentless with there scare tacktics. before i realized what they were doing I had a mild stroke but that won't happen again. Something should be done to make them stop calling with threts about jail time on civil cases. EVERY DOG HAS THERE DAY THOUGH.

Got a call from these people. First they asked to speak to my roommate, saying that so-and-so (said the name really fast) listed him as a referral. I told the guy to call back later. I got a strange feeling from that small conversation, so I called the I called the number back. They answer the phone saying "PROCESSING." I told the guy he just called and I wanted the name of the person wanting the referral. He left me on hold for a while, then returns saying "Sorry, I was on the phone with the State Attorney's Office.(Yeah, right!!!!!) Then, he couldn't seem to remember calling less than 10 minutes ago, let alone the name of the person listing my roommate as a referral. I know for certain this was the same person,as he has a distinctive voice! I asked "What is this company you're calling from?" He answered "Processing." I then asked, "Processing what?" "Oh, we're a pre- litigation company," he says. So, that referral line was a load of crap!  I can't believe people can sleep at night doing this for a living. Oh and I have a bull horn waiting for the next time he calls.

This number is reported as a scam several other places on the internet. Seems like if you REALLY owe them money, they can send something with their letterhead, in the mail. Notice that this number has no address when you look it up. It's a SCAM!!!
