This number called me at 8:30 a.m. today!  Grrrrr. Did not answer. Some of the other call complaint websites said this call is from "Ken Lee" and if you answer somebody says "Hi, this is Jessica, do you have a property for sale?" So is this Ken Lee some desperate realtor looking for houses to sell, or is this some kind of scam? I don't have any property for sale and don't know how he got my number. I am on the Do Not Call list, although the DNC seems to be useless.

I got a call today from this #, only to get the same "this caller is not accepting calls at this time" message and my True Caller Id I have on my phone shows it's coming from a Robert Geisler.
