Got a call today on my cell phone from this number.... a woman left a recorded message saying "this is Janet Jacobs Director of Mediation for the offices of MS & Associates. The purpose of this call is to notify you of paperwork that will be forwarded to your last known place of employment and most recent home address. Once delivered, this may hinder your ability to use a bank.  This is your final opportunity to contact the office to submit a statement and review documentation. Please call the office at 855-528-8454. Thank you."
What the heck does this mean ' may hinder your abilty.... Veiled threat? Border line illegal ?  First off, this company has called before leaving a message for someone I've never heard of. I believe that these are SCAMMERS and that any legitimate business would leave your name, and would also have already contacted you by mail if they have a legitimate claim of some sort.  Anyone else have any experience with these criminals ?   I will also post this on the855-528-8454 number as well, since there are many complaints about this company there....
