recieved call from this number person stated that I owe loan and when I asked for their mailing address she refused . I asked her not to call me at work and that I needed address to send letter but she refused to give address once again. I ended the call. SCAMMER

I got a call from a Ms Bennet...she's called my job everyday for the last week. she says i need to call her to discuss an illegal activity apparently that ive done (what a scam) and leaves a reference number. i can't wait to call her back and ask her for her address. She now called and spoken to the manager...im thinking of ways to be real sweet so that i can get a physical address from her and then pursue it legally. She's broken so many codes according to the FDCP it just ticks me off.

My elderly aunt has received some phone calls from this #.  I called it and was told that they were attempting to collect a debt...(which my 96 y.o. aunt did not incur).  I told them to remove her # but the rude person on the other line would not say that they would.  I advised him that if her # was not removed, then I would have to report them to the State AGs office...and why would he want that to happen.  I asked the business name...he answered MORGAN & ASSOCIATES, but when I asked where they were located, he hung up on me.  My aunt has an extremely common last name and apparently bill collectors will call her even if her first name, which is fairly uncommon, doesn't match the full purported debtor's name...all the bill collector does is match the first initial.  I am, finally, glad to have the weird last name that I have.
