I think this is a debt scam.

The company is called FBCS and they are a collections company.

a debt collection agency, they call 4 ti 5 times daily, i tried to settle with them, the person was very rude, wanted me to pay more than i could afford, i'm out of work and collect unemployment, but i offering to pay something and the lady was very rude and she said, i'll  just take u to court, my reply to her lets do it, this debt occoured while i was serving the 1st desert storm.  i want to pay them but they r just to pushy and rude for me, let the judge have the final say so.   i just wanted to share this exp. with anyone having the same problem not all people r bad, because of an unpaind debt.     FBCS COMPANY VERY RUDE .

Didn't answer the call, but they sent a text mail saying that they saw my profile on homeadvisor.com and wanted to offer me a job.  I'm not on homeadvisor.com.  Never have been

Keep calling every few days, I don't answer and have blocked the number but they leave a voice mail and it's just someone breathing hard. It's very creepy, they also sound like they're watching TV or in a busy surrounding.but breathing hard for 23 seconds.
